Product Description
The parallel pump is the newly developed new generation of mine self balancing horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pump of technical team of Changsha Canon General Pumps Co., Ltd. after two years of technological research. With adoption of dual-inlet design, symmetric impeller rotor components, the parallel pump has two channels collected via the outlet section before discharge, realizing parallel connection. The structure can balance the axial force of rotor components in the pump. With compact structure, no leakage, high efficiency, stable operation and strong applicability, it's a new force in self-balancing horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps. With big design flow and high lift, the parallel pump is a strong supplement of single-stage dual-suction horizontal centrifugal pumps and conventional self-balancing horizontal multi-stage centrifugal pumps. It's widely applied to municipal water supply projects, water conservancy projects, petrochemical projects and other projects of big flow and high lift, and can totally replace multi-stage water supply of conventional single-stage dual suction horizontal centrifugal pumps, realizing first-level drainage, greatly reducing budget and equipment operation and maintenance cost.

Scope of Application
It can be used for conveying fresh water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties like fresh water, not containing solid particles (abrasion material) or suspended substances. After changing pump material (or material of the overflow component), sealing type and adding cooling system, it can be used for conveying hot water, oil-based or corrosive media or media containing wearing material.
The inlet pressure is up to 0.6MPa.
D(P)
For conveying fresh water or other liquids with physical or chemical properties like fresh water, not containing solid particles, with temperature lower than 80°C. It's applicable to water supply and drainage of mines, plants and municipal work.
DF(P)
For conveying corrosive liquid not containing solid particles, with temperature lower than 80°C. The inlet pressure is up to 0.6MPa. The user can choose pump material, sealing form and pump structure and determine motor capacity according to name, concentration and ratio of the conveyance media, operation temperature and pump inlet pressure.
DY(P)
For conveying oil-based and petroleum products not containing solid particles, with temperature lower than 80°C and viscosity smaller than 120 CST.
MD(P)
For conveying neutral mine shaft water and other similar sewage with particle content<=1.5%, granularity< 1.3mm and temperature lower than 80°C.
Scope of Behavior
D (P), DF (P), DY (P) and MD (P) pumps have the same performance parameters
The inlet and outlet diameter of the pump ranges 40~350mm
Flow Q=3.75~1360m3/h
Lift H=92-1384m
Motor power N=7.5~4000kw
